J.Gasco Indian Tonic

Made from all-natural ingredients, without any dyes, its taste is refreshingly natural with a tangy, slightly bitter flavour. A first-class cocktail ingredient, its unique bitter flavour comes from quinine and a secret ingredient. Made with reduced sugar content, its flavour reveals a citrusy sourness, which is perfectly complemented by the powerfully spicy aroma. With a lower than average quinine content, it allows the flavour of the gin to remain in the foreground.

Producer information

Giuseppe Gasco was born in Gallipoli in 1903. His father was a respected pharmacist, and Giuseppe learned a lot as his father's apprentice. Being a businessman, he was always looking for new opportunities, so - due to the poor quality of the available spirits - he developed a whole range of tonics and soft drinks.
