Product description
The pork belly is a truly excellent cut of meat. Transylvanian bacon is also made from this. If the butcher also cuts the side to this belly, we get another new and highly valued cut of meat, which is called emperor meat. It is excellent when prepared fresh, fried, slow-roasted, grilled, boiled and roasted, or braised.

- Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins until they are semi-soft. Then peel them and cut them into larger pieces.
- Clean and slice the spring onions, and set the greens aside. Then wilt the white part of the spring onion in hot oil or butter.
- When done, add the potatoes and fry until golden brown, then add the emperor meat cut into bite-sized pieces. Fry until everything is nice and crispy. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with the reserved spring onion greens.
