Producer information

The San Donaci winery, one of the oldest farms in the Salento area, was founded in 1933 thanks to the entrepreneurial idea of a group of 12 farmers, who later formed their company to protect their products and their land.
Today, Cantina San Donaci uses highly innovative technologies. The use of automatic stainless steel cap punching, fermentation temperature control, and soft presses contribute to improving the excellent organoleptic and qualitative characteristics of their products, enhancing their typical taste and aroma. What distinguishes their products most is the aging phase in oak barrels, which, with their characteristic aroma, enhance their already excellent quality.
