Ingredients
250 g fine flour, 1 tbsp salt, 15 g fresh yeast, 120 ml lukewarm water, 10 dkg mozzarella, Pomi pizza sauce.

Preparation

1. Sift the flour into a pile, then form a hollow in the middle.
2. Crumble the yeast with the water and pour it into the hollow.
3. Work the whole thing into a soft dough. Hold the dough in one hand and push the heel forward with the other until you get an elastic dough.
4. Leave covered for 3 hours to rise, then roll out to a thickness of half a centimeter.
5. Spread with Pomi pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, bake for about 5-6 minutes.

Pomi was founded in 1982 in the province of Parma. Thanks to its innovative packaging - the cardboard box - it immediately became an icon, which makes the tomato sauce easily recognizable in every country where it is exported. 

Nowadays Pomi is synonymous with Italian quality, controlled supply chain, traceability of tomatoes, and sustainability of production and transformation processes. In fact, Pomi tomatoes are grown from selected seeds, cultivated by members of the Consorzio Casalasco del Pomodoro on over 7000 hectares in Northern Italy, between Cremona, Parma, Mantua and Piacenza. The fields are on average 50 km from the processing plants, to guarantee the freshest quality.

Their tomatoes are grown 100% Italian, with respect for the environment and the health of consumers, and they give a unique taste to each dish.

Storage
Store in a dry, cool place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
