Product information

The contents of the bag are sufficient for 1.25 kg of fruit + 0.5 kg of sugar, from which 1.75 kg of jam can be made.

Cooking instructions

It is very important to first cook the fruit with the gelling agent and only then add the sugar!

1. Wash the fruit thoroughly, remove the seeds, blend or grind it, then measure it.
2. Mix the gelling agent well into the fruit pulp.
3. Bring the fruit and gelling agent mixture to a boil (at high heat) while stirring constantly.
4. Add the sugar to the boiling pulp, stir, then bring to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes from boiling.
5. Fill the jars, which have been thoroughly washed and drained in advance, to the brim and seal immediately.
