Storage

Only clean cutlery should come into contact with the jam, do not touch it with a wet, buttery, or crumbly spoon or knife. After use, screw the lid back on tightly and put the product back in the refrigerator as soon as possible. Mould growth is easily promoted by wet, "contaminated utensils" or improper sealing.
