Cooking instructions

1. BOILING: Bring a large amount of water to the boil. Add the unopened cooking bag. Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
2. DRAINING: Lift the cooking bag out with a fork and drain.
3. SERVING: Open the bag by hand at the "V" shaped notch, then pour out the rice from the cooking bag, holding it by the "cool corner".

The Ben's brand name was launched in 1947, named after a legendary Texas farmer known for his superior quality rice decades earlier.
