Cooking instructions

1. BOILING: Bring a large amount of water to the boil. Place the unopened cooking bag in the water. Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
2. DRAINING: Lift the cooking bag out with a fork and drain.
3. SERVING: Open the bag by hand at the "V" shaped notch, then pour out the rice from the cooking bag, holding it by the "cool corner".

The Ben's brand was launched in 1947 and was named after a legendary Texas farmer who had been famous for his high-quality rice decades earlier. Frank Brown, a Chicago restaurateur of an exclusive restaurant, agreed to pose as the face of Ben's. Uncle Ben built the historical leadership of rice through the functional point of superiority.
