Chicken breast fillet

The colour of the meat ranges from white to pale pink. It is characterised by its leanness, fine-fibred, soft, non-dry meat texture. Its great advantage is that it retains its favourable characteristics during kitchen preparation - baking, cooking, steaming. It loses a significant amount of water during baking, so its nutrient content is concentrated.

Can only be consumed after thorough heat treatment!

Tanyasi chicken programme

Tanyasi Chicken is raised free-range, with expert care. Its meat is exceptionally tasty and healthy due to the movement, fresh air, natural food and slow growth. 60% of their food is corn and 100% plant-based, and their rearing time is 81 days. The chickens live in a 1-hectare free-range area in the fresh air. After the chickens have feathered, when the outside temperature and external influences no longer pose a great risk, i.e. at about 42 days of age, they are moved to the spacious rearing farms, into the fresh air, outdoors.

Tanyasi chicken is a 100% Hungarian family business. Every chicken's life can be traced by the serial number on the label.
