Its namesake was a notorious Welsh pirate, Henry Morgan, who wreaked havoc in the Caribbean in the 17th century, and the figure on the label symbolises him.
Several rums are launched from the distillery, but this drink stands out from the rest with its freshness and fruitiness. The colourless, sweet rum is rested in oak barrels before bottling. Sun-ripened tropical fruits and spices make this spirit very exciting. It is a perfect addition to cocktails, but it also harmonises well with whiskey.
