This special drink is the result of twentieth-century technology, which made it possible to combine cream and whiskey. The success story of Baileys began in 1974, when the Irish representative of the largest spirits company could not do anything with its stuck whiskey stocks. The secret of Baileys is not simply a technical miracle that makes it possible for the exclusively natural ingredients in the bottle - Irish whiskey, fresh cream, cocoa, coffee and vanilla - to be durable, i.e. the cream does not precipitate and the ingredients do not separate, but also the magic of the new flavour.
