One apple contains 4% of vitamins and minerals, and provides ¼ of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Very good shelf life, can easily be stored in the apartment for two weeks after purchase without deteriorating, or can be stored even longer in the refrigerator. But for the sake of high vitamin content, consume it as soon as possible.
This type of apple is produced using the minimum possible amount of pesticides and other agents.

Interesting fact
Its high vitamin A and B content aids digestion. In addition, it contains phosphorus, iron, magnesium. Due to the cellulose content in its peel, it also has an excellent cleansing effect, and its fibre content aids digestion. It gives a radiant complexion and strengthens the immune system.

The Pink Lady® apple was born in 1973. Discover the story of this apple and the unique people who grow it! In 1973, a particularly inspired Australian researcher, John Cripps, crossed a Golden Delicious with a Lady Williams: thus the Cripps Pink variety was born! In 1994-1995, the first trees of the variety were planted in south-eastern France, then in the Loire Valley and the south-west in Europe. Passionate nursery owners, growers and distributors joined the Pink Lady® Europe association, which organises the network. In 1997, the development of refined specifications that define the premium quality of the variety, which are marketed under the Pink Lady® brand name. In 1998-1999, Italian and Spanish growers joined the Pink Lady® adventure. In 2014, the PinKids® apple was first marketed to delight the youngest, in order to popularise the entire production. In 2016, the Pink Lady® Foundation was created to support entrepreneurial projects led by women. In 2020, Pink Lady® launched its commitment charter, which integrates the three pillars of sustainable development (environmental, social and economic issues).
