Rapeseed is the fastest crystallizing honey. This is its natural texture, which does not affect its quality! Its color ranges from pale yellow to snow white.

Add honey only to drinks at consumption temperature (max. 45°C) to preserve its quality!

Honey crystallization is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. If you place the crystallized honey in a 45-degree water bath, it will become liquid again in a few minutes, with unchanged quality! All real honey crystallizes over time, due to its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.
