The product can be consumed immediately after heating. Pour the contents of the jar into a pan and heat it on the stove, or place it on a plate and put it in the microwave. You can eat it on its own - it will fill you up well - or you can make couscous or millet as a side dish, so you can serve lunch or dinner for two.

Polcz was brought to life by its creators recognising their own problems. They could not find a ready-made meal on the shelves of the shops that they could eat with peace of mind as followers of a healthy lifestyle on busy weekdays. They missed products that could be prepared quickly, were free from additives, milk and eggs, and were not full of sugar.

Finally, they decided to create their own food that met their expectations. Then they made it available to everyone who, like them, is looking for a practical, delicious and additive-free ready-made meal.
