A delicious espresso with a fine, foamy and sweet milk froth on top. Cappuccino means head covering in Italian, so it is easy to understand why it got its name from the capuche worn by Franciscan monks, who usually wore this hood. The froth of the cappuccino preserves the warmth of the coffee - similar to a real head covering.
