Terre d'Aligi-Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2022

100% Montepulciano grape variety DOC classified dry red wine from the Abruzzo region, which is located east of Rome, in central Italy. The plantation is located in the "Val di Sangro" vineyard. Made from grapes from 15-year-old vines, the soil in the vineyard is clayey and calcareous. This elegant wine is aged for several months in large Slavonian oak barrels, and for several more months in the bottle before being released. Ruby red in color, its aroma reveals ripe red berries, floral, and spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a very complex, beautifully harmonious taste experience, where fruitiness is the leading note, complemented by exciting spices, with perfect body-acid-alcohol balance. Its finish is rich and long. It goes well with medium-aged cheeses, pasta dishes, white and red meats. But this bottle is also an excellent choice as an elegant companion to a serious conversation.

Ideal serving temperature: 18 °C. Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, it can be consumed for 3-4 days.

Once the stopper is removed, it can be consumed immediately after cooling to the appropriate temperature.
