Alnatura Organic Salmon Fillet with Skin
Whether fried, steamed or grilled – these organic salmon fillets are a real treat. The fish comes from the Irish west coast, where it is farmed in organic aquaculture according to Naturland guidelines. The intensive exercise in the sea and the low density per cubic metre result in particularly firm-fleshed fish. The Alnatura Origin salmon fillets with skin are deep-frozen and should be fried on the skin side after thawing, as the skin is also edible. Each pack contains two separately packaged fillet pieces.
Preparation
Rinse the thawed salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry.
- Preparation in a pan: Heat cooking oil. First fry the skinless side over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. Then turn the fillets over and fry the skin side for another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Preparation in the oven: Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 200 °C). Place the salmon fillets skin side up on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 15–17 minutes.
Storage
Store frozen.
