Make sure the product is at the right temperature before consumption. The filling may be hot after preparation.

Preparation instructions

After removing the packaging, let the dough thaw at room temperature for about 40-50 minutes. After thawing, roll out the sheets to the desired size and thickness for the product you want to make and fill and shape them to your liking.

Baking instructions: Bake in a preheated oven at 230 °C for about 5-8 minutes until golden brown. The baking time depends on the thickness and size of the dough required for the final product. For unfilled, smaller pieces (e.g. scones) 5-6 minutes. For filled pieces (e.g. parcels, bags) 7-8 minutes. The preparation time depends on the performance of the equipment used.

Their company, FRIGO-HASSO Kft., is a food industry company operating in Hungary. The company, founded in 1999, is owned by Nyírség-Hasso Kft. They produce their products in two plants. One plant produces traditional conventional products, while in 2024 a completely separate, independent plant was handed over, where the production of gluten-free products takes place.

Their range of activities includes the production of dumplings, pasta, noodles, croquettes, thalers and puff pastry products with various fillings. The technologies they use allow for a variety of filling ratios in their products, i.e. they adapt to consumer needs. Their kitchen preparation is extremely quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. These features are important considerations for consumers in our fast-paced world. Their current production capacity is sufficient to produce 30 tonnes of traditional and 10 tonnes of gluten-free finished products per day.
