Made from Hungarian wheat, without additives or improvers, due to its internal characteristics, it is a flour made specifically for baking bread. It can also be used very well in a bread maker, combined with wholemeal flour if desired.

Its founder returned home after gaining experience in England, built his wood-fired oven and has been baking delicious breads ever since, putting his heart and soul into it. Szabó Hengermalom has been operating in Szigetszentmiklós for more than 100 years, since 1919, and still uses the machines purchased at the start of the operation, made in the Ganz factory in 1865. Their flour is made based on generational experience, using traditional technology, from excellent Hungarian raw materials, without additives or improvers.
