Marmorstein Bakery is one of the most popular artisan bakeries in our country. Its founder returned home after gaining experience in England, built his wood-fired oven and has been baking delicious breads ever since, putting his heart and soul into it. The products are made in a wood-fired oven in the Marmorstein bakery, where the breads are made with natural sourdough, without the addition of additives.
SZABÓ MALOM
Szabó Hengermalom has been operating in Szigetszentmiklós for more than 100 years, since 1919. The machines purchased at the start of the plant's operation, made in the Ganz factory in 1865, are still in use today. Their flour is made with traditional technology based on generations of experience, from excellent Hungarian raw materials, without additives or improvers. Szabó flours are excellent for bread baking, making cakes, pizzas and pasta.
