Alnatura BIO Apple purée

Alnatura organic apple sauce

Apple sauce from Germany - 100 percent apple, without added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars from the apple). With its fine, aromatic taste, Alnatura apple puree is a pure delight and is also excellent as a dessert, especially with rice pudding, pancakes and much more. The apples come from organic farming, depending on the variety of apple used, the colour can vary from pale yellow to fine pink.

Usage - A great treat with coconut and passion fruit

Preparation time
10 minutes.

Ingredients
For 2 glasses:

• 8 heaped tablespoons Alnatura natural coconut cream (vegan alternative, yoghurt is also possible) (200 g)
• 8 tablespoons Alnatura apple sauce (180 g)
• 8 tablespoons Alnatura coconut oat flakes (100 g)
• 1 passion fruit

Preparation

1. Layer 2-2 tablespoons of natural coconut, apple puree and coconut oat flakes into 2 sealable glasses. Repeat this process. Halve the fruit, scrape out the pulp and place on the desserts.
2. Close the jars and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat. If you like, you can shake the glasses vigorously just before serving.
