Milsy smoked parenchymatous cheese. Milsy belongs to the category of Italian mozzarella cheeses, among the steamed, unpickled cheeses.

Finely salted, characteristically flavored cheese, which is cut and shaped in a traditional way. Suitable for direct consumption, it is best to enjoy the delicious milky taste and texture at room temperature.

Excellent with Italian dishes, complemented by white wine, such as the Walnut Riesling with its fine meadow flower scent, or the Müller Thurgau with its fine nutmeg flavor.
